Properties and usage:

Alleviates indigestion, flatulence, asthma bronchitis, gall stones, anorexia and asthenia. It is an aphrodisiac.

Effects on the organism:

Cardamom is a spice and a medicinal plant already known in ancient Greece, 4th century B.C.

It has alway been used to alleviate digestive troubles, flatulence and colics. It also alleviates stomach cramps by getting rid of gas.

It is used for bad breath and when mixed with garlic, it neutralizes bad odours.

In India is is used to treat asthma, bronchitis, gall stones, anorexia and weakness.

In China, it is prescribed for incontinence and as a tonic.

Cardamom has of long had a reputation to be an aphrodisiac.

Aromatic and hot, it mixed well with other plants. It forms an excellent synergy.
