VITEX (Chaste berry), Organic tincture, Vitex agnus castus

Actions: PMS, helps regulate the menstrual cycle, menopause (hot flashes), and pro-progesteronic, galactogenic.

Medicinal ingredient: Vitex (Chaste berry) Vitex agnus castus organic fruit 1:5 200 mg / ml Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic sugar cane alcohol, water.

Indications:  Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve premenstrual symptoms, as a hormone normaliser to help stabilise menstrual cycle irregularities and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flushes.

• PMS Premenstrual symptoms (sore breasts or painful belly, irritability, depressive state,migraine, edema, acne ...)
• Endometriosis / Menstrual pain
• Regulator of the hormonal system
• Menopause / night and daytime hot flashes.
• Pro-progesteronic.
• Galactogen (stimulates lactation)

Dosage adults: Take 0.5ml (15 drops) to 1 ml (30 drops) in a little water 3-4 times a day.

Duration of use: Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
